Shipping policy

All orders get FREE froggy shipping!🐸

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Normal shipping time is 1 to 3 weeks depending on the items you ordered. Please note that some of our products are made on demand to ensure the best quality. In this case, the shipping time can be extended.

We ship your orders from our various international warehouses with ePacket/USPS

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouse. 

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible: support@frogit-store.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. No order can be cancelled once it has been shipped.

If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. Please note that your items will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days. Any item received outside this time frame will be refunded upon request.

In case of delay of your package, Frogit can not be held responsible.

We offer standard shipping on all orders, but the customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
